2. Terms of ServiceService Area
We currently serve customers across Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Toronto, and surrounding areas.
Scope of Services
We provide professional exterior window cleaning, eavestrough (gutter) cleaning, power washing, and house washing services.
Service Appointments
Appointments are scheduled in advance by phone, text, or our online form.
We require access to outdoor water and exterior areas of the home.
Clients are not required to be home for exterior-only services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
Payments and Refunds
Payment Methods
We accept:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
E-transfer
Cash or cheque (by arrangement)
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the service provided, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
Refunds are offered at our discretion and may be issued if we are unable to rectify the issue.
4. Safety and Liability Insurance
Blondie’s Windows is fully insured for liability and workplace safety. We carry commercial general liability coverage and WSIB for all team members.
Damage Waiver
While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing wear or damage to windows, screens, seals, or paint
Damage caused by improper installations
Incidents due to inaccessible or unsafe surfaces
Any significant findings will be reported to the client before service.
5. Promotions and Discounts
Any promotional pricing or discounts offered are subject to availability and valid only during the period stated. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly noted.
Agent, volume, and seasonal discounts may require minimum service amounts.
